Customers wishing to order carpets from us can select designs from our own collection or provide us their own custom-made designs. For custom-made designs, we request our clients to describe the design as specifically as possible and email or fax us images of the designs. Accordingly, we can develop the final designs and convert them into graphs that are required by our weavers to make the carpet. We send the design to the customer for approval before making the carpet. Depending on the complexity, a design can be converted into a grid in a few days. For example, we can have a 2x3 ft carpet produced in a between 5 - 15 days, depending on the design, knot density, wool dye and pile height.
